In your life, if you haven’t arrived at the point where you have had “ENOUGH” of the way you feel about yourself and your own life, the way people treat you, or your overwhelming situations and events, then you are not ready to change your life or to take charge of yourself.

If you are not tired of the way things are in your life, you will not have the courage, the commitment, the consistency, or the dedication to seek out or to receive the answers you will need to seek out and apply the answers that are found upon these pages. Mostly every single person needs to read this book. All have had some “bad moments” in their lives at some point, and some moments may have been more severe or traumatic than others. I will be so bold, as to say, that all people alive today have not had the perfect upbringing. Pain and obstacles are important to grow. Yet, just like driving a car and being properly taught the rules and operation of driving, you can avoid having an accident that is caused by you. So, it is with life. Now, that you are older and under your own operational experiences, you can now relearn or perhaps correct the lack of proper training.

So many of the people alive today are alive because they have adjusted and dealt with their negatives of their lives and moved forward. However, many have buried, hidden, or forgotten those bad moments and/or have ignored them, in order to move forward. But, they are still in memory and may surface to cause disruptions later I was one of those. Perhaps you are also.

So, if you can resolve right now in your heart and plant in your mind that, “I AM READY,” and that you’ve had “ENOUGH” of those people, situations, and things that YOU let oppress and stress YOU, as well as yourself, then continue reading. Otherwise, just put the book away for it will not help YOU until you begin to help yourself become the real YOU. I will assure you of one fact though. At this moment as YOU read any portion of this first book, “The Key to Changing,” your mind will recall or perhaps even make known to YOU, certain memories that you have within your mind of what YOU have experienced in your life that has deterred YOU from being content and maybe successful. Be ready for this. If some things YOU will receive are making you feel upset or stressed then fold the corner of the page and put the book away until you feel comfortable to continue reading. YOU will also want to keep a notepad handy so that YOU can jot down what your mind is telling YOU for reviewing it later.
