as "Automatic Negative Thoughts." This is a recent discovery and will be discussed more fully in chapter 4 of this book.

     Everyone's "normalcy" is so different because of their own environment, health, and training that we must find and see the truth of our lives for what we really are and that is that “I am ENOUGH!” You are starting on a path now that will lead YOU on your own journey’s new beginning, of learning and healing.

     As YOU begin reading “The Key to Changing," YOU should not take in too much new information. Perhaps, feel out the chapter titles to see if any titles attract your inner self. Your heart will be able to recognize the information YOU will need to begin with. Or just start reading from the first chapter. YOU will be able to "feel" what YOU should begin with, but the choice will be up to YOU. Begin where YOU want to start and go as slow or as fast as YOU want to go. The second page of each chapter has been left blank so that YOU can add notes that are important to YOU or that YOU will want to remember.

     There will be a lot of learning revealed, and I would surely recommend that YOU not take too much new truths and knowledge into YOUR mind and senses at once. Changes will come to YOU and affect YOUR personal normalcy and start YOUR self-healing. YOUR entire life will be transformed into who YOU were meant to be.

     Not all of the words in this “Always ENOUGH, Keys to Balanced Living” series will be of benefit to YOU. Some chapters will seemingly be completely opposite of what YOU may feel YOU need to read or to learn. Some chapters will obviously not be completely for what YOU need, while others may be “spot on” and YOU should read it, whatever the case may be, YOU have a choice to make as YOU read the words and books of this “Always ENOUGH, Keys to Balanced Living," series.

     As YOU may have noticed or will notice, I have capitalized all words "YOU" in this series. I have done this purposefully because just as so many people repeatedly tell
