I have learned through my deep and sincere, internal search for answers, and sincere prayers how to take and keep control of my own life in order to keep the doorway to my mind and heart shut from anything that would take me down or make me feel less than adequate in my everyday life. Even if it was my own mind.

     After the passing of my wife of 37 years from Covid-19 and the discovery and removal of a golf-ball sized tumor in my left temple, and an accident that destroyed my car, I began to doubt if God still loved me. So, I asked Him in deep prayer, "Father, don't you love me anymore?" He quickly replied to my heart, "Yes, of course, I do." He then gave me words to remember in my mind that created a Mantra to help me through my "ENOUGH moments," and to be able to continue growing, progressing, and succeeding in my life. The Mantra just simply states: “I’ve had enough, I am enough, I will be enough, I am more than enough.” That means to me, that I know I can be in control of every situation I will be involved with. I have these words posted in my house and I whisper these words to myself many times throughout my day, and especially during my own “ENOUGH moments."

     There are the four phases which are the stages in which we each must commit to in our minds and hearts so that each of us are able to transform our individual lives into very productive and progressing individuals. No matter how lost we feel. But I want to introduce you to the fact that changing will take time; lots of time, depending upon how committed YOU are and how hard YOU are willing to work. I suggest YOU buy a notebook or tablet that YOU can keep a record of your successes and accomplishments in, so YOU can look back and read your steps that helped you move forward. Here's an important quote for YOU to remember about success. “Every step you move forward, takes you one step closer to where you were meant to be.”

     The brain is a marvelous and powerful tool in finding and keeping YOUR own “normalcy” with which, YOU can live. Self-talk and memories are repeated so many times in our minds that they burrow down to our very consciousness and will ​take time, work and practice to change them and alter their effect on us. Each human being has an element that presents to us false truths and thoughts to our minds known as, "A.N.T.S." which defines
