said, “forgiving ourselves.” If we commit a sin of any category and do nothing to forgive ourselves, we will not only be judged in Heaven but we will also be affected by no forgiving ourselves.

   Let me give YOU a fine example of cause and effect of not forgiving ourselves. I know that when I want to clean my kitchen, I usually start by either rinsing the dishes and then putting them into the dishwasher or filling up the sink with soapy water and let them soak a while. (I am not a person who does the right thing by rinsing each of the dishes off and then putting them into the dishwasher or the dish rack. I don't know if I'm lazy or just busy and want to do other things. LOL) I've been that way all of my married and my single life. It would be simple to do it the right way, right? But, anyway, back to my sample. So, I keep rinsing the dishes and scraping or throwing any trash into the medium sized kitchen trash can. But many times, the trash can is full, and I ignore it and keep putting trash on top of the pile. Soon, the trash can is so full that everything I throw on it falls off. So, for me to not be mad at myself (or the trash can which I animate. LOL) I replace the trash bag in the trash can. Now, I am not stressed out and I can continue in a peaceful manner to finish doing the dishes, which I hate. 

   So that is the way that our lives are more stress free. Because when we forgive ourselves, we have, in essence, emptied the trash can! Now, it takes practice and knowledge to identify and understand what and when we need to forgive ourselves. We must rely on our connection with Father. Father will answer the prayers that we speak, either mentally or spoken, according to our most immediate need for and importance of our request.

  Besides being given immediate answers to our most sincere, and intense prayers, we might not receive the answer right away because we are stubborn and don't want to accept the answer that we are given. Sometimes we may not even recognize the answer that is given to us as divine and think it is just a crazy thought!
