is an answer to forget the pain. We cannot actually wipe out the action that caused the pain from our memory, but forgiveness will and does heal the pain from the action. We may grow from the action of the painful event but the pain will not persist. I will give YOU a simpler explanation. I'm sure that mostly everyone who is and has been alive has received a small cut on a finger in their life from something. It stings a little or maybe even a lot and maybe for a while. But it will surely eventually heal. There may even be a scar. That scar may someday disappear as well. But our memory of that cut will be there if we choose to remember it. We will not necessarily remember the pain from the cut on our finger, but we will know and remember that we had that tiny cut. That is how “FORGIVENESS” works. When we forgive, we will always remember the event, but we won't remember the pain of it, and we won't really think about the event.

To forgive someone spiritually we must understand spirituality ourselves. If YOU, the reader, do not have a non-earthly acceptance of a Godly
